“Solutions” mean sacrificing something. Position, power, income,etc. you won’t be liked by the cool power kids and worse, they will work to bring you down. By working to save corrupt institutions (that have actually ruined people’s lives), Boz gets help everyone pretend it’s fixed. He is what we call an enabler.
