Paul's Passing Thoughts 
The list of what’s political/offensive is astounding. They are regressive as in cultural sin sniffing Marxists. I read recently of a black poet in AZ attending a party in a restaurant that had a very old picture of coal miners on the wall. The poet told the owner the picture was unwelcoming to him because they are in “blackface”. Then he writes a column about it for a newspaper. How is that not privilege?
Food is political. Sports. Films. The arts. I had to listen to our white male mayor who beat a woman recently, regale us with how the arts will help us overcome Charlottesville. Huh? I just wanted to see my daughter and others perform. Not get a lecture on how I should view art.
Yes, they want total submission. But theproblem is they only know offenses. They don’t have to produce anything of value to earn a great living anymore. So theyhave to keep finding offenses. That’s why it’s so scary. As they continue to insist many are unworthy, that leads to the gulag and worse. And they feel virtuous as they do so. It’s a religion for the useful idiots who sin sniff everyone.
There is only one solution. Interact as little as possible with them. They have no ability to reason. And they will ruin you in a heartbeat to prove their personal thesis.

Very well said . . . sounds like pretty much every neo Calvinist true believer I’ve ever met.

you know the more i think about this the more it makes sense. This is exactly how the trend went in CLC?SGM. they started out a largely fun bunch to hang out with but the more doctrinal purist they got, the more sin sniffing they did, the more paranoid people got to say or do anything that might be misconstrued, the more fun less everyone was and offense reigned as the singular socially disqualifying event. More people ended up in corrective action over perceived offense than molesting children.
And it occurs to me that the first thing Oliver Cromwell did when he took over parliament was to abolish pretty much every form of entertainment in British culture. And the Colin Kaperinick thing is a glaring manifestation of the same: let him play and do whatever he wants or we will destroy your enjoyment of everything NFL.
Now i’m musing about this theme. What is it about dictatorial ideologies that MUST eradicate fun from human experience . . .. hummm…

If I am not mistaken, in socialist countries you can’t go to a movie or any other kind of entertainment without some sort of propaganda being inserted. Pretty much the same thing.
