For goodness’ sake; I was waiting for his fake tan to crawl off his skin. Fraud alert: SPF15.
What a dramatic little showman . . . it runs in his family, sure.

    I have not had a bad thought today . . . I confess.

What He’s done is give me a victorious life, free from fear. I’m not broken because Jesus Christ made me whole! Does it make me arrogant to state that I’m a happy in Jesus?

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”.

Just doing a little spirit checking here. TT doesn’t exude these spirits at all. I wonder why?

Al Mohler needs to turn the SBC into social justice warriors, desperately. It’s the new emotional recruiting tool because only we have the true gospel is no longer popular. Calvinism as they presented it was a disaster so they are rebranding it. Can you imagine the control they will have over a confessional church? I was just listening to David Pawson who made a great point about confessional churches. They confess General sin ( making it easier for the gurus to decide what is sin). Yes, a Marxist social disaster.

Please explain how you think this will affect the SBC to be a confessional church.

I think I know what you are asking: predicting the near future from what I think will ultimately happen, the Gospel of Authority will win the day. Truth as authority is a proven model; ie., Catholicism. Somehow, Catholicism and Protestantism will come to a compromise over the infused grace issue and come together…perhaps for survival purposes. When this happens, Katy bar the door or stated another way…”Look up for your redemption draweth nigh.”

…I also think a true home fellowship movement will emerge and will be persecuted by the church with the rapture coming not long afterward.
