I see the bigger Protestant picture behind the concept very clearly too (even though this “pastor” bigot looks like something from “Deliverance,” ill-starring Reynolds and Voight). Let me guess: This “pastor” drew this gay reporter nearer to God, didn’t he? Nope, just the opposite. Just as Calvinist/Reformed theology chase lost souls away from the only Savior; no difference; same sick smell.
It’s a given that a Protestant church-state would be a Geneva-esque disaster as the world would never have seen, and I know there are thousands in that fake, evil movement called Protestantism who would love to have all the power TODAY. Some even think and believe they have it already, and that every knee must bow to them and the utter unbiblical nonsense they regurgitate.
