I believe Martin-Foul-Mouthed-Luther coined this term; that should explain it all. Calvinists, as far as I know, believe you can only keep your salvation (sigh) if you are an antinomian, or else you are not saved.
The Puritans brought this disaster over with them to New England, and we all know what chaos, mayhem, and atrocities followed.

You’re right. No real love, no real justice. I have seen it; you have seen it, and thousands more know it, but for some reason are blinded to it. Just lowly worms, good for nothing, and they are happy with it, I guess, because it is going to get them to heaven, but how they can move with those shackles around their minds and hearts, I simply do not know.
