You trying to be clever? If they supposedly speak for God as mediators, of course they believe in progressive salvation. That includes the Protestants in their suits and ties. Or like James MacDonald said, when the elders agree they speak for God. Pretty creepy. Any mediation beyond Christ necessarily demands a salvation process, or they wouldn’t have any authority of any kind. So, basically, IF you are trying to be clever, you aren’t the brainiac that you think you are–far from it.
