Romans 8:2. The unsaved are under the Bible’s condemnation; the saved obey the Bible in order to love God and others. They can do so aggressively without fear of condemnation. The old you died with Christ when you received the Spirit, and you therefore are no longer under the law of sin and death (Romans ch 7). You were also resurrected with Christ and are now under the law of the Spirit of life. Therefore, your faith works through love (Gal 5:6) “If you love me keep my commandments.” There is therefore NO condemnation for those who believe in Christ. The old you is dead and no longer under law, and even if they dug up your body and dragged it into court, the judge has no law in which to condemn you. You can only earn life wages–don’t reduce them by living like you can only earn wages for death. You are free to love aggressively without fear. You are free.
I had never heard any of this about the law until I read of it here at your blog.
