At the 1:39 marker and following he is talking about final vindication on the “Last Day”, and “your works will be there”.. The works he mentions are Matthew 25:38-39.

Michael Horton in his Adult Sunday School lessons on Calvinism mentions that “he loves the sheep and the goats verse. When did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked and clothe You? When did we see You sick, or in prison and come to You?” See, you will do works and you don’t even know you are doing them!”

Yep, that’s it exactly. Matthew 25:38-39 is the Judgement of the nations at the end of the tribulation period. During the same time, the apostles will “sit on 12 thrones judging the tribes of Israel.” The Bema judgment concerns all those prior to the tribulation and is a judgment for rewards. Only unbelievers stand at the last judgement because they have only died once; ie, they never died with Christ prior to that judgement.

Don’t overlook that Horton is saying Christians perform works without even knowing about it.

Wilson is quite important in reformed circles because of John Piper’s influence and support. John Piper’s “seal of approval” goes a long way.
