We rest when we got to heaven–but the Christian life is not a rest. This song is good Biblicist theology.
Funny that in his younger days, Norman Greenbaum looked like the stereotypical portrayal of Jesus Christ. But then again, they’re both Jewish, and Greenbaum had his one hit wonder around the same age that Jesus died.
