Since All Truth is God’s Truth—Some Awesome Quotes For Pastors and SS Teachers

Posted in Uncategorized by Paul M. Dohse Sr. on May 22, 2011

It may be that today gold has become the exclusive ruler of life, but the time will come when man will again bow down before a higher god.

– Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 2

The folkish-minded man, in particular, has the sacred duty, each in his own denomination, of making people stop just talking superficially of God’s will, and actually fulfill God’s will, and not let God’s word be desecrated. For God’s will gave men their form, their essence and their abilities. Anyone who destroys His work is declaring war on the Lord’s creation, the divine will.

– Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 10

I go the way that Providence dictates with the assurance of a sleepwalker.

– Adolf Hitler, Speech, March 15, 1936, Munich, Germany

What do you mean you aren’t going to use them?!! Why not? Maybe because quoting people is to lend creditability to them? C’mon, lighten up—after all, you don’t agree with everything Hitler taught—right? Aren’t these good quotes? So, they’re God’s truth—right?

My first thought – this is like hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. We know the context of Hilter’s life and how these words were used. I suppose even the devil used distortions of the Word of God to try and deceive Jesus. I don’t think I’d put these quotes and Hitler’s name in the next church bulletin. Ha!

Bill, Neither would we directly quote Sigmund Freud in church–we just integrate his philosophy of life into our teaching;but, we would never quote him. I think that’s telling.

I wouldn’t have any problem quoting anyone who was telling the truth. I would certainly not endorse George B. Shaw’s belief system, but I have often quoted his humorous observation that any person who can sit in a chair and look down at his bare feet without laughing, has absolutely no sense of humor. Due to God’s common grace, even blind squirrels find acorns once in a while. Yes, all truth is God, and truth is truth even on the lips of a fraud, or in this case a freud. The problem comes if we quote or implement beliefs that are not true.
